Check BEM Surfaces
Set up your Freesurfer environment.
Set SUBJECTS_DIR to your MRI directory.
Load an MRI image:
tkmedit YourSubject T1.mgz
Choose "File -> Load Main Surface", then "Browse". Go to the "bem" sub-directory (you are in "surf").
Choose a surface, e.g. "inner_skull-5120.surf", then "OK".
The surface should be shown on the MRI image. Use for example "Slice" to navigate.
