This can be performed using nonparametric tests>legacy dialogue>2 related samples or nonparametric tests>legacy dialogue>related samples and choosing the marginal homogeneity option. The output produces a standardised test statistic and its p-value which can be quoted. Alternatively some free downloadable software for computing this test is available from here.
