MRI Physics and Analysis for Cognitive Neuroscientists
The aim is an informal group with a mix of discussions on:
- new acquisition and analysis techniques
- interesting papers or posters
- proposed or completed studies using new methods
- test
It is hoped those leading discussions on physics, analysis methods or cognitive neuroscience keep them accessible to as many people attending as possible.
If you would like to participate by giving a talk in one of these forums please email or call Rhodri Cusack.
Talks will be advertised here: http://www.talks.cam.ac.uk/show/index/20874 If you would like to feed them directly into your diary application (Google Calendar, iPhone, Outlook etc) add this calendar: webcal://www.talks.cam.ac.uk/show/ics/20874
Potential future topics:
- Useful software from our labs/ best practice in programming?
- Quantitative analysis of anatomy?
- Representational Similarity Analysis?
- Alternatives to BOLD for fMRI?
If you have a suggestion please let me know.
